Thanks for reaching out Bob. They resolved the problem by replacing the Center Cap and reglazed the Wheel. The wheel looks great as well. I will still be a loyal customer, just a little more aware before I leave the dealership. Thanks again, Art

Hi Bob! My name is Tracy White, my phone number is 717-422-4453. My problem with service is it just makes you feel unwelcome. I asked to have wiper blades put on and I was told they would be $60. I said ok well I need them. (As if are you sure you want to spend that for wiper blades) When I went to pay for my car they weren’t on there. I asked the girl taking my money about it. She had no clue. The guy that was helping me heard it and came over. He went to check it out. Nope they weren’t done. So he did do them and didn’t charge me which I did appreciate. I know I’m female but I do have a lot of car knowledge. Sales on the other hand…is just as bad if not worse but I understand that’s not your department. Thanks so much for responding to me.
