The service manager told me over the phone when I call about this that they did not do any work that would have to do with alignment. You have to be kidding me right? My MISTAKE was to ENTRUST the Turlock Dodge Dealership on April 12, 2017 with my 8 am appointment!! The Turlock Dodge Dealership has a crappy EXTREMELY LOW 2 STAR YELP RATINGS out of five stars for a good reason, they've earned every substandard " EEK METHINK NOT RATING! "I dropped off my Dodge Ram for the service mentioned above. I even went down the list of service instructions with the service advisor, 1.Oil & filter change, 2.Recall / Passenger airbag, 3. 27 pt vehicle inspection, 4. Tire rotation. When they called me 1 hr, and 30 minutes later to advise me ALL work was completed, and my truck was ready to pick up, I had a gut feeling something wasn't right.The transcription on my Iphone 6 Plus states: Hello, my name is ......I'm calling to give you a courtesy call to let you know that your truck is ready for pick up, again your vehicle is ready for pick up! .My personal policy is to take pictures of all four tires positioned on my vehicle before leaving my home for any tire rotation service. This ensures that I have solid proof if the tires were rotated or not. you may ask why? Its because my past experiences have shown me there is ALOT OF CORRUPT people with CRAPPY attitudes!!! Once home, I conducted my own service rendered inspection on my Dodge Ram. I got my OLD 58 yr old butt under the vehicle to ensure my oil filter was changed, and no oil leaks from the drain plug or filter.Everything checked out BUT the TIRE ROTATION!!. I called them to VOICE MY DISPLEASURE!! THEY asked me to bring it back for the tire rotation....... xxx??? I was just there to get my truck because Turlock Dodge stated that ALL service was completed!!! I told them SCREW THAT, I honestly used a more powerful adjective than screw!! I stated that on Groupon you can get an oil & oil filter changed for $12.00 to $15.00 even in the EXPEN$IVE BAY AREA!! Why in the F would I cough up $31.76 total charge for frivolous oil change, and a tire rotation that I was charged for BUT WAS NEVER COMPLETED?? At age 58, I should not have to FN BABYSIT THE TURLOCK DODGE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I called the Turlock American Tire to see what they charged for a tire rotation, The *****FIVE YELP STAR RATED***** Turlock American Tire CHARGES NOTHING!, YES ZIP!, NADA! ITS FREE!!!! Lesson learned, I'll complete my own oil change and take my Ram to the Turlock American Tire for a FREE tire rotation from this point forward!!
