WENT TO THIS DEALER ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TRYING TO BUY A NEW CAR. WAS LIED TO BY THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP ON BOTH OCCASIONS. FINANCE DEPT WAS VERY UNORGANIZED. I FELT LIKE I WAS BUYING A $20 PIZZA BUY A NEW CAR. WAS LIED TO BY THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP ON BOTH OCCASIONS. FINANCE DEPT WAS VERY UNORGANIZED. WAS SO DISSATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE I DROVE 110 MILE TO MEMPHIS AND BOUGHT A CAR WITH MORE OPTIONS, BETTER PRICE, BETTER INTEREST RATE, LOWER PAYMENT AND GOT MORE MONEY FOR MY TRADE IN AND ONLY HAD TO MAKE ONE TRIP. Very inflexible service department. Use unprofessional language and unwilling to accommodate a working mother's schedule.
