Went in for an oil change. Stated it would take an hour and half and I was in and out in an hour. Great Service. Spoke to Greg who listened to what I believed was my cars problem as well as places I believed the.problem occured. Found and identifed the problem within 24hrs and had quick resolve time. Advised of mainten problem as well as places I believed the.problem occured. Found and identifed the problem within 24hrs and had quick resolve time. Regular service visit Tulsa Hyundai was ok, not great, just ok. Nothing happened that was bad, just not great on customer service overall experience. My daughter bought Tulsa Hyundai was ok, not great, just ok. Nothing happened that was bad, just not great on customer service overall experience. My daughter bought a new Toyota at the same time I bought my new car. Her experience with the normal maintenance check up was much more customer friendly. Hyundai charges for a tire rotation on new cars, Toyota does not. Her appointment took only one hour for an oil change, tire rotation and a fender fix. Mine took 3 hours for nearly the same thing- oil change, and shocks rattling. I opted to have the tire rotation done for free at a local tire company. Hyundai should get with it and not charge new car owners for this maintenance. On a good note, while the technician could not duplicate the shock rattle, they did find a loose pin. It seem to help the rattle a little bit. I will monitor and return if needed. More
