Everything was perfect until I had to wait for 3 hours out side. I called to pick me up but they said yet and they forgot to pick me up. I entered to pay and one of payment reception desk, she said it was out side. I called to pick me up but they said yet and they forgot to pick me up. Not happy with the service department at all. I feel I was taken advantage of. I asked for a copy of the diagnostic that was supposed to be ran on my brake master cylinder and I was told there wasn't a c was taken advantage of. When Tulsa Hyundai decides to take advantage and tell you it is not just a machine diagnostic it is also a visual inspection- What? That is the stupidest response and run around I have gotten from Tulsa Hyundai. And I was charged $140.00 for that!! I left my Santa Fe there on Saturday to be repaired, it took numinous phone calls (6+) and two days before I could get someone on the phone to tell me the status of my car. Finally late on Tuesday morning I received a call back that my car was ready. One thing Tulsa Hyundai did do that was nice, was deliver my car to my sister's house because I had no way to pick it up and drive two cars, Because (second thought - stupid me) I purchased a new Santa Fe from Tulsa Hyundai on Saturday, maybe they thought that was the least they could do for me was deliver my 2009 Santa fe??!! Also, my car wasn't washed or vacuumed out, there is only one other time in 11 years that my car wasn't washed after a service, the reason was because it was raining, and the service department apologized to me, and told me I could bring it back on a day when it wasn't raining and they would wash it for me. Did Tulsa Hyundai change their service practice, no longer washing and vacuuming out the vehicles? After $642.00 you would think they could take an extra couple of minutes and wash and vacuum out my car, as is has been a normal practice over the years when I have been dedicated to using Tulsa Hyundai for all my service needs. Very Disappointed! More
Maintenance on the vehicle went well. Service writer however was talking over me while on the phone and hung up on me twice. Not happy with the overall experience. Communicated my concerns with another service writer and was told that a manager would contact me. Have heard a word. The service writer is very young and I would encourage coaching from management on how to work with customers. The focus seemed to be running up the bill rather than using a consultant approach. More
