Left me sitting there for two hours thinking my recall was being done just to inform me they didn’t have the part.they had plenty of time to tell me all the things my car needed that I needed to pay for i was being done just to inform me they didn’t have the part.they had plenty of time to tell me all the things my car needed that I needed to pay for in the future though. This was so frustrating! I took off work to get this recall work done. You had scheduled this work several days before I was to arrive. When I got there, YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS!!! It's not li recall work done. You had scheduled this work several days before I was to arrive. When I got there, YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS!!! It's not like this was some strange repair Hyundai had never seen before. IT WAS A RECALL! Now, I must take off work AGAIN when the part comes in. EVEN WORSE: I was told that I'd be called if the part comes in "but if not, you call us to reschedule." ***I must keep track of calling YOU to redo YOUR error??? IS THE NEXT THING YOU ASK ME TO DO FIX THE RECALL REPAIR *MYSELF*??? Everybody was nice, but NICE doesn't pay me for missed work and NICE doesn't get my car fixed by professionals who know enough to have parts in stock when a repair is scheduled in advance. More

The WORST experience ever! Took my car in for a recall and got it back with several things wrong. 48 hours later I took it back and it took two weeks to fix. There was NO communication. I had to keep call and got it back with several things wrong. 48 hours later I took it back and it took two weeks to fix. There was NO communication. I had to keep calling every other day and only got responses from text. BIG SCAM. There was nothing wrong with my car when THEY CALLED ME to bring it in. They ran three different diagnostics and all three were different. Just kept adding things wrong. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. More
