Not a great experience I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am. I arrived just before my appointment time and was told that the work would take about an hour and a half give I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am. I arrived just before my appointment time and was told that the work would take about an hour and a half give or take 15 minutes. At about 1:00 pm I checked on the status and was told they had just started on my car and it take 30 to 45 minutes. My car was ready about 2:00pm. This was my 5th and worst visit to this dealer for service. More
Weak Customer Service bought new Kona and paid for leather seats. Appointment to install leather set out more than a week and was told have it in by 9am, ready same day. Not only was it not ready same day, they didn't even call to tell me. I called around 5pm since I hadn't heard anything. I was on hold while someone checked on it. She came back and said they were backed up and it would be ready tomorrow. It was, but again no one called to tell me anything. I called at 4pm and Stacy said she had seen my paperwork and it was ready. Very nice and helpful lady although it took her a while to find my car after I arrived at 5pm. More

Amazing Service! Greg Stutzman was my service advisor and he did an incredible job assisting me when I came in. I got an oil change and tires rotated.
