Service Seemed to be a little disoriented . Had to question why some items mentioned was not picked up on last visit (2 Months ago). Had to ask again why wh Seemed to be a little disoriented . Had to question why some items mentioned was not picked up on last visit (2 Months ago). Had to ask again why when in 2 months ago certain items related to that service was not mentioned. example-Brake flush but not mentioned anything about brake pads. Oil change as to recommended service but did not give any other recommendations as you have done previously. Just seemed like everyone was on a different page recently. After questioning why I was quoted one price but then got another price which was considerably higher. Again after questioning, they gave me another statement that I was given a wrong price and that you had lowered that cost for the service given. After all of this, the job was completed. I do not know if you have new people and one area not talking with the other.. I have always had my service done here.. The young lady was very friendly and we got the "Job Done". More

From start to finish this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I was verbally assaulted by George when checking in my vehicle. For 3 years I came because of Paul Hatton (who was FABULOUS) and he is no longer there, so it’s time for me to find somewhere new to go were common decency & honesty are practiced! Too bad I can’t give negative stars!!!!! More
