I received a letter about a recall. When I brought the car in everything was fine. However, when the battery was disconnected and reconnected three warning lights came on. I need to pa When I brought the car in everything was fine. However, when the battery was disconnected and reconnected three warning lights came on. I need to pay $225 for the part and about $2600 for labor. All this because I came in with a recall (actually 3). If it's not broke, don't fix it. That's how I feel now. More

Unorganized. Lack of staff meant long wait. I was handed my key when work was done and sent to the parking lot to find my car. My car was blocked in by another car. Had to go back inside for help. The first thing Greg did was to try to up sell me on a whole bunch of things. one of which was the cabin filter, which is a dead give away that I was being upsold.. He had not taken time to build any trust with me or explain why this might need to be done. Now Greg was very polite and did what I asked him to do. More
