Went from a $77 belt to over $1,800 w/o ever discussing the cost. Plus this was the same part you replaced three years ago. Felt like a classic Dealer rip-off. Will not be back. More
Usually prompt I had an appointment at 9:45 and arrived there approximately 9:30. I was having a radiator flush. I finally called approximately 14:30 to see if my car was ready. I had a number of things I needed to do Saturday and having to wait and finally call held me up. I wasn't able to get to all the locations I needed to before they closed. Two things: 1. The price was more than I had been quoted: $165 verses $180. 2. When I got home I noticed two small scratches on the back bumper. Since the scratches were safety yellow I can only assume they were from a piece of equipment used in the shop. More
Way overpriced. They charged $269 for a transmission flush, and neglected to mention that price doesn't include labor. I guess that's just for the ATF.
