too long and too expensive Was assured that the parts needed were in stock and could get it out that day, Friday. Then needed to order parts but would overnight and have ready Monday. Then had ordered the wrong parts so would call when it was ready. Went from a $77 belt to over $1,800 w/o ever discussing the cost. Plus this was the same part you replaced three years ago. Felt like a classic Dealer rip-off. Will not be back. More

Usually prompt I had an appointment at 9:45 and arrived there approximately 9:30. I was having a radiator flush. I finally called approximately 14:30 to see if my car was ready. I had a number of things I needed to do Saturday and having to wait and finally call held me up. I wasn't able to get to all the locations I needed to before they closed. Two things: 1. The price was more than I had been quoted: $165 verses $180. 2. When I got home I noticed two small scratches on the back bumper. Since the scratches were safety yellow I can only assume they were from a piece of equipment used in the shop. More

Way overpriced. They charged $269 for a transmission flush, and neglected to mention that price doesn't include labor. I guess that's just for the ATF.
