I had to take my car in because of a recall. Tulsa Hyundai completed the replacement service (for free of course) in as quick a time as I could expect. The waiting room was very comfortable and well equipped. They also changed my oil, and even though I do have a card for five free oil changes, I didn't even have to present it. When they gave me my bill, the oil change charge had already been subtracted. Great service! More
Have taken my car in for service every 5m miles, without fail for the past 5 years. Never have I had such poor service. It was mass confusion and chaos. No one called or text as promised. Car wash broken, door broken, cashier busy putting oil in popcorn machine. I had to ask her to check me out. The first guy said he had to go to a meeting, I asked for another person they assigned to me, but she had to go to a meeting as well, so they gave me to another person who didn’t seem to know much about what was going on. Seemed like a complete turnover in personnel. For 5 years I had the same person, who had done an excellent job. More

My experience with this dealership started when I first bought the car. A piece of the trim on the roof blew off in the car wash when I was picking up the car. However I just spent a lot of money on a brand new car and I want it to be brand new when I drive it off the lot. The salesman was Jerome I believe. The salesman said he would order a new trim piece and he never did, even after me calling every day for a couple of weeks. I would have been less irritated if the salesman would have said he wasn't going to do anything about it and to get lost. Instead he said one thing to get me to leave and never followed through. I try my hardest to do what I say, if people can't take you at your word you have lost all credibility. Then a couple of weeks ago my driver side speaker was getting scratchy and sounded terrible. I scheduled an oil change and asked for them to look at the speaker. The tech couldn't find anything wrong, even though you could plainly hear the speaker was bad. The service tech came out and listened to it and said he couldn't hear anything going on even though it was sounding terrible. I am done with this dealership and its customer service. I bought the royal treatment, some kind of oil change card that you get a reduced rate for buying several oil changes at once and they punch the card when you come in. I have two oil changes left on that card, but I am throwing it in the trash. If this is unacceptable level of customer service I can expect when I have an issue with the car I will never be back to this dealership again. In fact it has turned me off the Hyundai in general and I will probably switch brands when I buy again. More

My Brother in law brought Tucson in for an insurance estimate. The estimate did not come include bumper or paint cost and was charged 100$ for electronic evaluation, which was already told by Hyundai wh estimate. So a little frustrated. However my key needed a battery at 70$. Loss of 30$😞 More
