Had first free oil change after driving less than 5,000 miles. Service Dept. informs me that I need a front end alignment Really, after 4,500 miles? Then I'm told I need multiple 30,000 mile services in miles. Service Dept. informs me that I need a front end alignment Really, after 4,500 miles? Then I'm told I need multiple 30,000 mile services including a transmission flush and other services. Thanks for selling me a car with 29,500 miles and ignoring the imminent 30,000 mile recommended services! The five free oil changes are nothing more than a con by Tulsa Hyundai to add on additional maintenance services. I won't be back and I'll never buy a vehicle there again. Most unethical dealership I've ever dealt with. More
Stacey was very helpful and even though they were understaffed she was able to squeeze me in and have my car looked at. When it needed more work than originally thought she got me a loaner car and ma understaffed she was able to squeeze me in and have my car looked at. When it needed more work than originally thought she got me a loaner car and made the process very simple. I was able to use the loaner car to get to work the next day and still leave my vehicle to the get the services done that were needed. Very happy with my experience. More

Really friendly staff! I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and didn't leave the dealership til almost 10am. I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change. They also didn't reset my se change for 8:30am and didn't leave the dealership til almost 10am. I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change.
