I arrived at 9:45 Am via appointment to have the brakes on my vehicle inspected. After several hours, I tried numerous times to get through to my service advisor but no one would answer the phone. I cal on my vehicle inspected. After several hours, I tried numerous times to get through to my service advisor but no one would answer the phone. I called back and left a message for the service manager to call me. No call came through. I called and asked to speak to the general manager. I was told that he was busy in a meeting and would call me back later. I received no phone calls. I finally got a text from the service adviser late in the day telling me that I need a brake job and also should consider other services to my vehicle. Prices were quoted. I tried to call my service advisor but still could not get through. I called the operator and asked to to tell service that I was on my way to pick up my vehicle and to please have it ready. When I arrived it was not ready and I had to wait. The service adviser said they had been short handed. I told him that that was no excuse for at least not informing me of the situation much earlier. I was glad that I did not take him up on his suggestion earlier when I brought the vehicle in that I could wait on it if I preferred. This wasn't the first time that I have had problems getting through but it was the straw that broke the camel's back and the last time me and mine will be using Tulsa Hyundai. Bye the way, I had the brake job done at Regional Hyundai and they charged me $336.00 less that what your service advisor quoted. I should have been taking my vehicles to the all along. Color me gone. More
