It took about 2 1/2 hours to have the problem identified correctly. I was called about an issue that wasn’t even on my car. My wife had to sit there waiting while she was given the run around. Eventually took care of the signal light and supposed harness issue. Costed $200 for a minor issue. Seems like every time we take our vehicle to any of the locations, there’s always an headache attached with the visit. More

John Glenn was great to deal with-he stayed on the problems we had until the issues were finally resolved. Personally, I give John 5 stars-however it took us 2 trips to fix the seat button fixed and 4 problems we had until the issues were finally resolved. Personally, I give John 5 stars-however it took us 2 trips to fix the seat button fixed and 4 trips to finally get the gas tank door fixed We live approx. 70 miles from the dealership and yesterday I made the trip with little gas to spare. Tulsa Hyundai filled my tank for their error because after I was assured the door was fixed and it wasn't and had to make the trip back. The other issue was we purchased the car from another dealership which was further distance and my wife wasn't happy with the service department there and we purchased an extended warranty and she had to prove it to your office stating they didn't have a record of it even when she told them she brought it in prior for something that went wrong. Now she keeps the warranty in the car just in case it happened again. More
