Every time I have gone in for service it was been absolute chaos and a disconnect between the service department and the customer. This past experience, the lady helping me was very nice and was determined to find my part. The person who usually is my contact was not there (Megan) and the lady helping me had no idea where the part was for my window. Not sure all the details, but there was no communication from nick and Megan to who was working that day on where my part was. The lady had to look for a good 15 minutes while I was just standing there. I made my appointment, Hyundai knew I was coming, yet there ALWAYS is a disconnect and very poor communication. I dread having to come in for service on my car. The lady who helped me was very nice, and the people who make appointments are very nice, but service and parts are clearly lacking and it is obvious management does not care. I’ll never buy from here again and will never recommend anyone. The time before this I had to leave my car because Hyundai system was down. They said they had no idea when my car could be fixed where I could drive it. I asked for a loaner car and was told there were zero available. Keep in mind, this was the day before our big snow storm. How are they going to tell me they have NO loaner cars?! My husband ended up driving 45 minutes to pick me up and as soon as he came in, very frustrated I was not given a loaner car, they all of a sudden had one. Goes to show car dealerships only listen to men, which is just the world we live in. They have never taken me seriously, and I was even asked on the phone by a service/parts employee if “I was sure that this had not already been fixed?” Hyundai is very unprofessional and does not care about their customers once they have sold them their car. That’s when the caring stops. More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and Hyundai recall. They also subsequently replaced my front brakes. My car was there Mon-Fri and I never had a phone call, I had to call to find out what was recall. They also subsequently replaced my front brakes. My car was there Mon-Fri and I never had a phone call, I had to call to find out what was going on. Since the recall did not appear on my invoice, I called to find out if it had, in fact, been done. I called 3 times and each time the receptionist told me she spoke with her supervisor an they would call me back and let me know. No one ever called me back so I still don't know if if the recall work was performed. I asked all 3 times if they had my correct phone number, because it did not appear on my invoice even though I told the service advisor to correct it. More

I took my Santa Fe in to be looked at and recalls updated. Everyone in service was friendly and accommodating, even shuttling my kiddo and I there and back while the work was done.
