I had a last minute issue that came up before a road trip. They asked me for a $500 check to ensure that I bought the car the next day. They would refund it if I bought the car. Instead of holding onto it and giving it back when I bought the car, they deposited i the car the next day. They would refund it if I bought the car. Don't give them a security deposit up front just to get the car you want to buy because you might not see that refundable money again. There are other complaints, but this is the final straw. More
Have went in 3 different time to have wheels realigned not one time has that been successfully done I’ve taken in to 2 different auto shops with no issue.
