There are several things about my service that was outside of the dealership's control, such as lack of part availability and some other logistical issues, and this review does not reflect a 1-star ra outside of the dealership's control, such as lack of part availability and some other logistical issues, and this review does not reflect a 1-star rating for that. Tulsa Hyundai had my car for over a month for an engine replacement and I was constantly promised a loaner vehicle until it was stated that the loaner program had ended and they were then going through Enterprise. Then Enterprise had no cars available. During this time I was given a different survey where I rated at 2-stars due to lack of communication and no loaner availabilities, I was reached out to and told that management is getting involved and I'd have something "soon". More than 3 weeks later, there was still no action. Very poor follow-through and misleading information to try to get a higher rating. I was promised on multiple occasions that people were looking into my issues and I'd receive a prompt call back, however no return calls were made. I believe that my advisor was trying to do a good job, but due to lack of resources he was too busy and unable to help or be responsive. More
