Took forever the lady said I could text her to get the status of my car never messaged me back! Upon leaving found Discrepancy in mileage range reader, arrival was 416 & leaving dealership mileage range said 313. Was told that the readers are usually off a few miles. I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair. The Service Writer told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to do the repair. When I came in for the repair the Service Writers that were there when I got there Service Writer told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to do the repair. When I came in for the repair the Service Writers that were there when I got there were very friendly and welcoming. I was told to wait in the waiting room after being taken in. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room. When I signed the paperwork, no charge because it was a recall, no repair was done. It was inspected but no repair and still took 2 hours after I was told by the friendly service writer that it wouldn't be long if it only needed inspection. All in all, I am displeased with the amount of time it took to get the inspection done. I am also displeased that I was told it wouldn't be long for an inspection (30 minutes maximum). I am not judging them too harshly as they were friendly. They were also busy, but I had an appointment set up already and had to wait for walk-ins to get their service done, I suspect. More
Charged me $100 to align my car KNOWING I had a broken camber bolt. How is an alignment even possible??!! Now they won't return my calls, answer my emails. They didn't have a shuttle even though I scheduled for it 3 days in advance, and they called to confirm it. 😑 didn't listen to me about my car problems, argued with me about the sensor, told me I needed a 3 days in advance, and they called to confirm it. 😑 didn't listen to me about my car problems, argued with me about the sensor, told me I needed a $700 part that's not covered by warranty. (I fixed it myself for less than $100) as usual this place jacks around customers and jacks up prices. Won't ever buy another Hyundai and I avoid both dealerships (Ba and Tulsa). More
