Purchased a oil change package when I purchased the vehicle. The service worker said they are requiring an oil additive now that will run $19 per oil change in addition to the cost of the package I pre vehicle. I went to purchase a new key fob and have a recall checked. They had the fob in stock and programed in with no problems. They also checked my recall to make sure I was safe and had no issues. This woman went above and beyond to keep me as a customer by seeing that the dealership honored the type of service they advertised rating Jennifer.
