They didn't fix the issue that I brought my car in for! I have a 2018 Sonata that has a no crank no start problem when ambient temps are below 48 degrees. They told me the first time it was a bad battery so have a 2018 Sonata that has a no crank no start problem when ambient temps are below 48 degrees. They told me the first time it was a bad battery so I stuck a new battery in it and had the same problem. I took it back to them and they told me the same thing even after putting a battery in it. Clearly it isn't the battery causing my problem. More
Horrible service. I had to call several times just to get someone to call me back and tell me what was going on. They kept my car overnight without informing me and it took 4 calls the next day to be told th someone to call me back and tell me what was going on. They kept my car overnight without informing me and it took 4 calls the next day to be told that my car was working fine (despite having to have it towed because it wouldn’t start) and that I could pick it up days later. Absolutely worthless. We dropped a car off there for a engine replacement 9/1/2021 and we are still waiting on the parts. We have been told another car waiting on same parts came in and left out within 30 engine replacement 9/1/2021 and we are still waiting on the parts. We have been told another car waiting on same parts came in and left out within 30 days and that we are 6th in line for parts and their Car loaner process is a complete Joke. Service Person Greg is worthless. We have called the Corporate office and they as well are giving us the run around just like the Tulsa dealer is, comes with the territory. I would definitely not recommend buying a car from Hyundai or Hyundai of Tulsa ever. We need a vehicle. NOW!!! More
