No explanation of what all was done to my car when someone finally acknowledged me. No sticker in car to tell me when next oil change due. Called and woke me up today at 8:30am on Saturday, no apologies, to ask if I was going to come back to have recommended services done. More

From the time I drove in the garage until I left, I was given top notch customer service. I took my palisade in for routine maintenance and was told it was recommended that I do a “fuel induction service” along with something else totaling $500. This caught me off guard and the tech recommen told it was recommended that I do a “fuel induction service” along with something else totaling $500. This caught me off guard and the tech recommended the fuel induction was most important. I went ahead and had it done, and immediately regretted it because I knew this was probably an upsell. When I looked at recommended maintenance for a palisade on Hyundais website, there is no mention of fuel induction service. Furthermore, the other information I could find on it says to have it done at 60k miles or when the car is having issues. I am frustrated that I agreed to the service and even more frustrated that I was taken advantage of. Other than that, the service was quick, and employees were friendly. More
