Their communication skills are terrible. None of the advisors answered their phone and when I texted the person who was over my account it always took him two days to respond. Not to mention they charged me to do a diagnostic on my vehicle when I didn't want one because I knew everything that was wrong with my car. I told the dude I needed my starter replaced and still charged for it even though I didn't ask for it. More
I was not informed of the status of my vehicle until 4 days after dropping it off. I contacted my supervisor by text & called the service department many times throughout those 4 days, in which they led m days after dropping it off. I dropped my vehicle off thinking I would be getting it back that same day, to only be left stranded without a vehicle for days (in which I was heading out of town the next day) & no information being told to me. Communication to your customers needs major improvement & perhaps offering loaner vehicles when somebody’s vehicle is held up for days would be nice too. More

Appt for 1130. Was told it would be about 2 hours. Asked for shuttle home. Two hours later no shuttle, car not ready. They Uber-ed me home. I called the three hours later about my car, and they told me "it's just now finished." How convenient. Five hours! When I brought the car in, I told the girl my tire had a slow leak, please check it out. She said, "Well check to see if there's a nail or something. ". When I picked it up, I asked about the tire. The guy told me "Oh they checked everything." Left over holidays for Colorado. Had to fill tire twice. When I got back, I took car to Discount Tire, and guess what. There was a nail in the tire. They fixed it for free. I also found out that they do tire rotation and balancing for free. I paid you for that service. Not at all happy about that experience. Terrible. More
