Poor dealership. Had two cars scheduled to come in. Waited a week for appointment and only had one part for one car and out of stock for the other car. I recieved a new CD CARD in the mail which the dealer installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the user manual is no help. Looks like another trip top service dept. Do me a favor and don't send me any more upgrades to my system. The dealership is fine, but headquarters sucks. More
