I was blown off and argued with I had a heat shield rattling and the service man tried to ignore it, saying it was a pop bottle. I was told to come in at 730 for my service appt but I had a heat shield rattling and the service man tried to ignore it, saying it was a pop bottle. I was told to come in at 730 for my service appt but the tint guy doesn't show up until noon. As I waited I overheard salesmen brag about how they screwed other customers. This car will be my first and last Hyundai and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Tyler is the one that tried to tell me nothing is wrong. Not listed is Michael Abbedut that argued with me and told me it was a soda bottle and when I showed him how loose the heat shield was left me standing in the bay.
