Took a week to get my parking brake fixed. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday evening to find out wht it would cost to fix my parking brake and the air bag light. Only got an email and call T I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday evening to find out wht it would cost to fix my parking brake and the air bag light. Only got an email and call Tuesday late afternoon for the parking brake and things that I did not ask for which is fine. The air bag light was not even addressed as it was forgotten. I advised to fix the parking brake and when called on Thursday, was told that ya'll were very busy and that my car would be worked on Friday even though the part came in on Wed. When called on Friday, was told it would be ready after 5pm. When I went to pick up my car, i was told the price of the airbag light fix which I was not going to do as it was too expensive. I wasnt given the $5 off for scheduling my appt online. I had to ask for it again. Wheel alignment also wasnt checked when I was told that I could get a free alignment check. My car was not washed as well as it was done previously when I brought it over there. Seems like everything was rushed. I am very happy with my new parking brake though. So kudos for that. But I was out of a car for a week. Unacceptable. More

Bad service experience The 3rd time I took car in for same issue they finally decided they should perform more tests & they kept car for over a week. However, service rep provided no updates during this time. He also made a comment that would never have been made to my husband. It won't do any good to leave a message for the Service Manager, he won't return your call. The last experience was so bad that after buying 3 cars from this dealership, it will be my last. More
