Overall pleasant experience I made a Saturday appointment and arrived a little early. Mr. Hatton checked me in and noted everything I needed checked and/or repaired. He gave me a time estimate and was pretty accurate about that. Enjoyed the TV room and snack machines. Everything went smoothly at checkout time and he gave me some good information about what might need to be replaced soon. The car was clean and running great when I drove out! More

So slow I have used Tulsa Hyundai before for service and it wasn’t this bad. Highly recommend them for a car purchase as I had a great experience a year ago. I have used Tulsa Hyundai before for service and it wasn’t this bad. Highly recommend them for a car purchase as I had a great experience a year ago. However, I will not use them again for service. I had an 11am oil change appointment (30-45 min expected). Once there I was informed of a recall that would take 20-30 minutes to take care of while I’m there so I went ahead and agreed to it. My car was not finished for more than 2 hours as it was 1:10 by the time it was ready for me to leave. At 12pm they told me 30 more minutes. Brenda was courteous and kind, the wait was beyond her control. Greg was pushy about additional services and seemed money hungry. I have worked with Paul for prior services and was very impressed with services from him. There was no explanation for the additional 30 minutes and no actual apology for my wait. More
