Great experience at Hyundai. I have always had great interactions with Hyundai. This last time I was very pleased that Greg took the time to explain some perks and discounts I did I have always had great interactions with Hyundai. This last time I was very pleased that Greg took the time to explain some perks and discounts I did not know I had. Especially the BG on the Road program. I could have used it this last July while traveling but I didn't know. Cuddos to Greg. That's the reason I'm writing this review. He told me things I did not know that would have made my life easier. Overall Hyundai has been good to me. I also want to praise the kid that sold me my Santa Fa. He was about 20yrs old and he was low pressure and delightful. I don't remember his name. 5 stars to him. Wow! Amazing Experience I drove in from North Carolina to visit a friend. While here my Santa Fe started making very loud noises. I was very concerned as I was getting read I drove in from North Carolina to visit a friend. While here my Santa Fe started making very loud noises. I was very concerned as I was getting ready to head back on a 20 hour drive alone. I called and spoke with Michael who told me to bring it in and they would fit me in. Luckily I did. My brake pad had come loose (after market brakes) and needed to be replaced. The team at Tulsa Hyundai got me fixed and road worthy in no time. Thank you for everything but most of all, for my peace of mind. Everyone was friendly and professional and I highly recommend the service center. More

I went to different Hyundai service department in the Tulsa area and a I purchased by 2012 CPO Hyundai Genesis in Kansas City with 14,352 miles on it. I went to different Hyundai service department in the Tulsa area and after just a few minutes waiting in line was treated rudely as if I should know how busy they were. I went to Tulsa Hyundai and from the very first was treated with respect. I treat my Genesis with care because I drive a lot in business so I need a reliable car. I have had zero major issues with now almost 93,000 miles. Oil changes, fluid changes, new brakes. That’s it! Scott Monroe has been with me from almost the beginning. Just can say enough good about these guys and the service department. My experience has been first rate! More

Oil Change and an unsheduled repair I took my car in for a regular interval maintenance and only needed an oil change. However I did have an issue with the electric seat adjustment on t I took my car in for a regular interval maintenance and only needed an oil change. However I did have an issue with the electric seat adjustment on the drivers seat that controlled the height adjustment and asked if that could be repaired. I was told that because I had only scheduled an oil change they might not be able to get to that repair on that day but if I could leave my car with them for a few hours they would try. This appointment was on a Saturday by the way. Not only did they get my oil change done, they also got my seat issue diagnosed and repaired and the repair turned out to be covered as a warranty repair even though I was told my car may no longer be under the bumper to bumper coverage. I approved the repair even though it I expected to pay for it and was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and found the repair completed with no bill!! My experience with Tulsa Hyundai's service facility has been the best I have had at a dealership and I feel I can trust them to do the right thing without selling me unnecessary work. More
