I usually deal with Scott, and he always ensure that I understand every aspect of servicing process, that will be done on my vechicle. He also gives me good recommendations for keeping my vehicle in excellent condition. I have received good customer service from many places of business, but the Service Dept at Tulsa Hyundai knows how to go the extra mile and give "Customer Love". Came in service writer came up with a game plan to fix the problem and get my car back at noon the next day and he executed. My ride fell through and he even had someone come pick me up. We have a 2015 Tuscan that we have been very happy with. It started consuming oil @ 89,000 miles. He came up to me & asked if he could help, I told him I needed my oil changed & wash. He asked if I had an appointment, I said no, he said if they use synthetic oil, I’ll have to pay extra even though I bo needed my oil changed & wash. He asked if I had an appointment, I said no, he said if they use synthetic oil, I’ll have to pay extra even though I bought the royal treatment & I told him I haven’t had to before. He said they probably “ate” it but I’d have to pay. He said the sales department doesn’t tell the customer, I told him I wasn’t aware of the extra charge so I won’t be paying that, he said his department went ahead & ate it. I have always had great service there until Friday. I just got off work & definitely wasn’t in a mood to deal with his attitude about no appointment or extra charges, then he tried to tell me I needed new front tires, without telling me what kind of new tire, warranty, speed rating. I said NO. I’ll take it elsewhere. Took an hour & fifteen minutes for oil change. I was extremely dissatisfied with his service. More
