When I wanted to make my service appointment, the person who answered the phone couldn't find my information in the system and didn't offer any kind of solution. I called back about an hour later and spoke with the same person who finally located my information on their system. There was no apology for her error; I must have repeatedly spelled my name 3 times. Unfortunately, on my scheduled visit, the service adviser over charged me. I asked him to look up my warranty again. I gave him my insurance number to call because he said my service was not covered. He called the updated number and this time updated my service information. More

Continued excellent service After my car broke down, I was quite frustrated but as always I received excellent customer service and my car was fixed in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the issues were covered by an extended warranty and I received a rental car for the week that my car was at the service center. I've been there a lot due to all my car's problems and I've worked with Paul often and recently Scott as my service advisers. They are worth their weight in GOLD! Nobody wants to go get issues fixed with their car and it's a hassle; however working with them has made my car journey so much easier! They are the best at what they do and they do not disappoint. I've been to other dealership service centers and the service advisers here are above and beyond excellence. More
