Bad service experience The 3rd time I took car in for same issue they finally decided they should perform more tests & they kept car for over a week. However, service rep The 3rd time I took car in for same issue they finally decided they should perform more tests & they kept car for over a week. However, service rep provided no updates during this time. He also made a comment that would never have been made to my husband. It won't do any good to leave a message for the Service Manager, he won't return your call. The last experience was so bad that after buying 3 cars from this dealership, it will be my last. More
