"No Special/Yes Special" My car was due for an oil change. I called your Service Dept. and asked if they had any oil change special prices and was told, "No". My husband cal My car was due for an oil change. I called your Service Dept. and asked if they had any oil change special prices and was told, "No". My husband calls back 20 minutes later and yes, they could find some kind of a discount, so that's when we made and appointment. My Sonata service records AT your dealership go back to 2010 when it was Don Carlton's Hyundai of Tulsa. Strange way to treat a regular customer. More

I love working with Scott Monroe at the Hyundai dealer because he let's me know what he thinks I need, but accepts my decisions as to whether I want to do some of the recommended things myself, or to have his shop do them. I could have used it this last July while traveling but I didn't know. Cuddos to Greg. That's the reason I'm writing this review. He told me things I did not know that would have made my life easier. Overall Hyundai has been good to me. I also want to praise the kid that sold me my Santa Fa. He was about 20yrs old and he was low pressure and delightful. I don't remember his name. 5 stars to him. Wow! Amazing Experience I drove in from North Carolina to visit a friend. While here my Santa Fe started making very loud noises. I was very concerned as I was getting read I drove in from North Carolina to visit a friend. While here my Santa Fe started making very loud noises. I was very concerned as I was getting ready to head back on a 20 hour drive alone. I called and spoke with Michael who told me to bring it in and they would fit me in. Luckily I did. My brake pad had come loose (after market brakes) and needed to be replaced. The team at Tulsa Hyundai got me fixed and road worthy in no time. Thank you for everything but most of all, for my peace of mind. Everyone was friendly and professional and I highly recommend the service center. More
