Good attentive service The service technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. They tracked down my problem and got it fixed. I did however have trouble getting a loaner car and finally used their shuttle service to get to work and arranged a ride to pickup the car. I have a Genesis and I have not tried the included concierge service. More

Fantastic The service at this Hyundai location is outstanding. I had several issues with my vehicle and was initially told it would be a little over $1000. The The service at this Hyundai location is outstanding. I had several issues with my vehicle and was initially told it would be a little over $1000. The man who helped me took the time though to call CarMax to see if the warranty I purchased would cover any of it. It ended up covering $700 of the total and he even pointed out that they could fix my steering wheel under warranty. Overall, it was a great experience and my car is driving much better now. Thank you Hyundai! More

Oil change As always Scott took excellent care of my 2015 Sonata. This week was the first time I had to pay for an oil change after using up the 6 free oil chang As always Scott took excellent care of my 2015 Sonata. This week was the first time I had to pay for an oil change after using up the 6 free oil changes that I was given when I bought the car 2 years ago. Scott who has been there from the beginning, treated me like I was his most important customer ever. The car came back washed and vacuumed and ready for another trip.
