Hello, We take our duty as a franchise dealer very seriously. That means that we believe we have a legitimate obligation to inform every customer that comes to us of every current and possible pending issue that may arise with their automobile. No different than a doctor examining a patient. This means that oftentimes we are the bearer of bad news (ie our customer needs a new cabin air filter, or new struts to drive properly, or whatever the recommendation might be). But please know that that makes us nothing more than your automobile’s doctor. We are just trying to make your driving and ownership experience as excellent as it can possibly be. We apologize for your wait time on recalls. We had our shop foreman out visiting family for the holidays and one of his lead technicians with him. That was a set back for us, but should not have been passed on to yourself. We would NEVER show a customer a part that was not of their actual vehicle, and so to insinuate as much we find troublesome. We value our relationships with our customers more than you could ever know and are saddened by your review. We hope you give us a chance to earn your future business. Thank you.
