After I left my appointment there was a screw on my passenger side floorboard from when they checked my air filter, had to go back to have it screwed back in!! This dealership is normally always great! However, this appointment for my oil change was for 12:45pm, but they skipped doing my vehicle for other customers. They were not finished with my oil change until 2:30pm. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I also was never updated on anything, I had to ask what was happening and no one knew who I should talk to about the wait. My appointment was for a recall. I waited 2 hours to be given a list of items I might want to have done and was told they would order the part for the recall. Dumb. It took about 2 1/2 hours to have the problem identified correctly. I was called about an issue that wasn’t even on my car. My wife had to sit there waiting while she was given the run around. John Glenn was great to deal with-he stayed on the problems we had until the issues were finally resolved. Personally, I give John 5 stars-however it took us 2 trips to fix the seat button fixed and 4 problems we had until the issues were finally resolved. Personally, I give John 5 stars-however it took us 2 trips to fix the seat button fixed and 4 trips to finally get the gas tank door fixed We live approx. 70 miles from the dealership and yesterday I made the trip with little gas to spare. Tulsa Hyundai filled my tank for their error because after I was assured the door was fixed and it wasn't and had to make the trip back. The other issue was we purchased the car from another dealership which was further distance and my wife wasn't happy with the service department there and we purchased an extended warranty and she had to prove it to your office stating they didn't have a record of it even when she told them she brought it in prior for something that went wrong. Now she keeps the warranty in the car just in case it happened again. More
