Regular service visit Tulsa Hyundai was ok, not great, just ok. Nothing happened that was bad, just not great on customer service overall experience. My daughter bought a new Toyota at the same time I bought my new car. Her experience with the normal maintenance check up was much more customer friendly. Hyundai charges for a tire rotation on new cars, Toyota does not. Her appointment took only one hour for an oil change, tire rotation and a fender fix. Mine took 3 hours for nearly the same thing- oil change, and shocks rattling. I opted to have the tire rotation done for free at a local tire company. Hyundai should get with it and not charge new car owners for this maintenance. On a good note, while the technician could not duplicate the shock rattle, they did find a loose pin. It seem to help the rattle a little bit. I will monitor and return if needed. More

Spoke to Greg who listened to what I believed was my cars problem as well as places I believed the.problem occured. Found and identifed the problem within 24hrs and had quick resolve time.
