Excellent Service but Pricey I showed up early and they were able to accommodate me. There are two reasons for not giving the dealership five stars...cost of services provided and failure to provide for a permanent alignment option like Firestone has. On our New England roads, alignment is a safety concern. A customer should be able to pay once for alignments instead of being nickeled and dimed each time they come in for service. Since our roads are so bad...especially after the harsh winters...vehicles need alignments every few months. Every time the tires are rotated, an alignment makes good sense. While the waiting areas are very nice with snacks provided; I would rather have less comfortable waiting areas and lower service charges. More
Always Good Service It's always great service at Tulley's GMC. The setup the appointment on short notice, gave me a ride home and made sure everything was taken care of. Regarding a paint chip issue I was able to stay a few more minutes until someone from the body shop was available, and a tube of lacquer touch-up paint was explained and demonstrated to me for my future use as might be needed. More
