A bad experience turned very good The Service department redeemed itself when it fixed a problem at NO COST to us - I was extremely pleased. When we took our 2012 outback for a servic The Service department redeemed itself when it fixed a problem at NO COST to us - I was extremely pleased. When we took our 2012 outback for a service which required the tires to be rotated and an alignment completed, we were informed it could not be completed because they did not have the right size bolts (we are from Canada and perhaps the difference was metric)...No problem for they were going to order a new part pronto and said they would call within the week...no call and I called them....Yep they said the part was in... so we drove an hour to get there and were informed they did not have the part...Well we were steamed by then. The Service Manager was very apologetic and said he would fix the problem for us at no cost...He was good to his word and the next appointment, the wheels were realigned (a good thing for they were badly out of alignment) and we were content knowing that our 4,000km drive home would be safe. We would recommend the dealer and especially the service department. Well done!!!! More

The day of the appointment, I barely had stopped my vehicle and someone was already greeting me, asking how they could assist me. Expecting to have to fill out paperwork for the work and loaner, I was very pleasantly surprised that someone had taken the initiative and had everything filled out, ready for my signature. After making sure the loaner was acceptable to me, I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I received another pleasant surprise later that same day, when they called and advised the work was compete and I could pick up my car. Garret Gebhart was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I didn't get the name of the young lady that helped me with the paperwork, but she deserves kudos as well. More

I knew as soon as I met these two pros my car was in highly competent hands and they did not disappoint, my Subaru had a very subtle rhythmic thump and vibration at highway speed, after Mr Garcia made the necessary repairs he and I test drove my Forester at which time he explained what he found, how he found and then describe the repairs, I am also a repair technician (retired) although in a different field I recognized your teams in depth knowledge and professionalism. I also would like to thank Bob Wilson, Steve Willis and your friendly shuttle drivers, what a great group of pros you have! More

Service was not done right My complaint is that the tires were dangerously over-inflated. They read between 51-55 PSI and the cold rating is 28. I discovered the problem after driving the car, including at freeway speeds for 4 days. The tire warning light came on- the spare was underinflated by 20 pounds (Checking the spare was not part of the service). I then decided to check the other tires- just in case. That's when the problem was discovered. I left a message for the service manager but he is "not available" More
