Service above and beyond! Exceeds expectations! Tremendous! I brought in my '15 Subaru Outback for a service call last Thursday. The nature of my service appointment was out of the ordinary. It has been stellar and I love it!! GREAT Vehicle! I was coming in for an unrelated issue but felt the Subaru dealership would be the best ones to take a look. An unknown creature apparently climbed up inside the engine area of my Outback when I was visiting a friend in a nice, yet rural desert subdivision in Tucson. Some kind of critter died under my engine compartment area. It stunk badly outside the car when the engine was hot. The heat of the engine propagated the foul stench of the dead animal. I searched as much as possible but I could not locate or find whatever it was that died under my hood. The Subaru service advisor was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I reasoned that if anything needed to be removed in order to get rid of the dead animal, the Subaru service techs were the ones most qualified to help out. My service adviser made sure they put my wagon on the lift to take a close look. When they did, they were able to locate a dead pack rat that I could not see or find myself. Then they removed it for me!! (Not a part of their job description) They didn't have to do that, but they did!! This may seem small, but it was above and beyond the call of duty. When I asked how much I could pay for their time, the service adviser said "No charge!" I offered again and he declined. This may seem like a small thing, but it made a huge impression on me. This level of customer service reflects Tucson Subaru's service departments commitment to insure complete customer satisfaction. My experience of my local Tucson Subaru dealership and their service department so far has been nothing short of "best-in-class!" Well done!! Trivial or not, service like this is the hallmark of a GREAT customer service and separates a great dealership from an average dealership. I even left a voicemail last week thanking the service dept manager. People are so quick to talk about what's wrong and what they don't like. I felt it was important to issue praise where it was due! The sales manager and GM at Tucson Subaru should know that their service department sealed my loyalty to your dealership. They had it to begin with as I could not have been more pleased with the sales support I got from Kevin Woessner when I purchased what was then my first Subaru, but won't be my last. The Subaru products are exceptional. Kevin's assistance with my '15 Outback purchase was superb, pricing was fair, and service after the fact has been stunning. I had the 6000 mile service done recently and the service department was prompt, friendly and professional. Compliments also for offering courtesy Wi-Fi & great coffee in the customer service waiting area. In the state of negativity that the world is in these days, little things matter and acts of kindness and excellence should be openly acknowledged. Kudos to Tucson Subaru's service department! PS: My fiance will be ready to upgrade her vehicle later this fall hopefully. We will definitely come test drive the 2016 Forester at Tucson Subaru, and nowhere else when that time comes. More

Impressive Level of Customer Service I have a 6 mo old Legacy that I love. A few days ago the tire pressure alert appeared on my dashboard. I called the service department and they told m I have a 6 mo old Legacy that I love. A few days ago the tire pressure alert appeared on my dashboard. I called the service department and they told me to just bring the car in without an appointment. I was assisted by several service department employees. After discovering a nail in my tire, they found that they did not have the replacement tire in stock. I was immediately provided with a 2016 Forester as a loaner car. Anthony Marquez gave me his business card and kept me updated. I picked up my Legacy today and Anthony got me in and out in no time, with a brand new tire. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Tucson Subaru and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Excellent service I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard time buckling up and would have to re-tighten their seatbelts periodically. Dan Ford was the service advisor I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to quickly have the problem verified and parts ordered. When I returned to have the repair made I was surprised by just how quickly the vehicle was taken back and the repairs completed. The kids are very happy to have seatbelts that work properly, and I am glad that they are as safe as possible now. Dan definitely made the entire process painless and was great to work with.
