In depth with so much patience I met with Darla to go over features on my Outback. Darla was very patient and made me feel comfortable to even ask the most basic questions. I loved her sense of humor and the fact that she understood which features would be most helpful to me and explained some that might be helpful in the future. Wonderful Experience My recent experience with Tucson Subaru was so easy & unexpected. My new Outback had a Rear latch problem, in which Jason Mumma the Service Advisor My recent experience with Tucson Subaru was so easy & unexpected. My new Outback had a Rear latch problem, in which Jason Mumma the Service Advisor immediately got my a new outback loaner, & got me & a friend on our way, since we had just left the hospital & needed to get my friend home & settled. I had arrived so late that day, as per the loaner, yet they had my vehicle ready the next day. When I arrived, I was greated promptly & Jason was ready with the paperwork for me to sign & my car was driven right to me. It was less than 10 mins. The staff & building are exceptional.
