Dr. Steve, I am so sorry that the perception of your visit was this way. I have talked to everyone involved in your transaction and I was told a little more then what you shared with the world on dealer rater. The 30k is due at 30 months or 30,000 miles not both. Your car qualified based on time(30 months old). We also were completely out of loaner cars and we washed one that was just returned to accommodate your desire for the complimentary loaner car. You are correct Rocky the owner does not want any dirt on any car or any part of Tucson Subaru. Was there trash on the inside of car or something Breana specifically stated you waited while the car was cleaned. With 100 cars going through our service department a day over 100 employees and 40 to 50 sales customers this store sees its share of dirt. You also left out the fact that Dan recommended the cabin filter with the service based on time(over one year since replaced) which you agreed with him when you dropped your car off. A short while later Dan called to tell you we could not get into your glove box because you only left the valet key. I am at a loss as to what con was performed here at Tucson Subaru? We even changed your cabin air filter when you picked up the car because you provided the appropriate key. Please call me John Petersavage at 5207212400 so we can discuss your frustration with our store.
