Best service ever My car was disabled just before I was to travel and leave the car in the care of a friend. So I had no appointment when I showed up with my problem. C My car was disabled just before I was to travel and leave the car in the care of a friend. So I had no appointment when I showed up with my problem. Chris assured me that although they were fully booked for the day, they could take care of me. In an hour the faulty switch was replaced and I was on my way. My warranty covered the cost. I was confident I would get good service, and I definitely did. More

Bad Brake Switch We were having a problem with a certified pre-owned Impreza sometimes sticking in PARK. I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. T We were having a problem with a certified pre-owned Impreza sometimes sticking in PARK. I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. The car was out of warranty, but the dealer got it fixed under warranty in less than 1 hour. I was impressed with the courtesy, knowledge, and customer first attitude of the service advisor, Jesse Friedman. I highly recommend this dealer for Subaru service. More

“Love-Encore” Delivery My previous car was a Saturn that I had for 18 years. It had little in the way of electronic technology. Before my meeting with Darla to go over technology features in my new Subaru Crosstrek, I felt I really did not need or want most of these features. I had only one question going into the meeting. As Darla answered my question simply but thoroughly, I realized I could use help with other questions. Darla addressed them all to my satisfaction, so much so that I althoUgh I may not need some features, I definitely will use them with confidence as they will make for a better driving experience.
