I am so glad I had this opportunity a few weeks after I had been driving and getting to know my vehicle. Many of these features were excellently presented and explained to me when my car was delivered, but I was so overwhelmed with the delivery and paperwork etc. at the time that I am sure much was forgotten. Thank you Tucson Subaru for giving me time to become acquainted with the car before reintroducing me to all the features. More

It is such a great idea to schedule this appointment after driving the car for a few weeks. It was able to ask "What did I hit to make it do that?" When I got the car, Joe Micoletti took the time to walk me through all these things, but to tell you the truth, I was still in the "new car haze." When Darla walked me through again, I remembered the things Joe had told me and I thought "Oh yeah, that's right." Darla was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She definitely knew her stuff. Thank you, again, for taking the time to explain many of the gadgets which make me happy I bought a Subaru. More

After backing into my neighbors telephone pole and splintering the tail light , covering part of the bumper with a nasty crusty orange substance, I wa After backing into my neighbors telephone pole and splintering the tail light , covering part of the bumper with a nasty crusty orange substance, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I had no hope that the bumper could be made to look better; I had tried to clean it with warm water and a microfiber towel and discovered a dent. I was frustrated with myself and discouraged. Jason's bright and positive attitude held out hope! He said after the tail light was replaced he would "pop over to detail" and see what could be done, estimating about an hour and a half. In under an hour he was back-I could not believe the magic! The gross orange coating was gone, the dent was gone-like it never happened. I feel Jason did an exceptional job, as did his team in detail. My last Forester saved my life, so I am treasuring my new one. The great service at Subaru is why I would never drive anything else.-Robin Bowyer More

Bad oil change I made an appointment for an oil change and they scheduled me a whole week later. When I came in they told me it will take an hour and a half! I said I made an appointment for an oil change and they scheduled me a whole week later. When I came in they told me it will take an hour and a half! I said okay and waited. When it came time for my car to be finished, I asked how much longer will it take? The gentleman checked and I saw them pulling my vehicle in when he was returning to let me know it's going to take 10 more mins. I said I made an appointment so that this would not happen. I asked for them to check my breaks as well and now they don't have the time to check them because I have to go. I am truly disappointed to see this at my dealership. I will never come here again. More
