I live in Tubac and had concerns over driving my car for 60 miles with this light on. Raj was very informative, explaining the difference between a steady light and a flashing light. After arriving early Raj had my car in the shop and on its way to a very satisfactory service call. He was very attentive and explained every detail of my car's service. A very excellent visit. I would like to thank the entire staff of the parts department at Tucson Subaru for helping me restore my 1997 Subaru Impreza L 2.2L lovingly known as I would like to thank the entire staff of the parts department at Tucson Subaru for helping me restore my 1997 Subaru Impreza L 2.2L lovingly known as "Blue".. Over the last year, I've dealt with Scott most of the time, but Adrian, Will, Donovan, and Rick have been helpful at one point or another. They have all been very helpful and friendly in getting my old GC4 back on the road. Rocky, I think an extra slice of apple pie for these guys is in order here. At the time, we were very excited about the new car and had forgotten some of the things that Anthony had explained to us. A couple of weeks or so after our purchase, we were contacted by Darla to schedule a time for our Love-Encore delivery. We are so glad we did! After settling into our new crosstrek, we started to wonder what button did this and how do we do that, etc. Darla was very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of our vehicle and was very patient while she showed us so many things we didn't know or had forgotten about with our crosstrek. We highly recommend you set a time to go thru the Love-Encore delivery program after purchasing your new Subaru! More

He came to the car to greet me and then brought me in to review the service I was going to have done. He was very professional, courteous and made me feel at home. I had purchaed my Subaru Outback in August of 2013 in Burlington Vermont. When I moved to Green Valley in late December of 2015 from Vermont I was hoping that I would find the small town level of service I was use to. I have definitely found that at Tucson Subaru. I have dealt with Tucson Subaru who have professionally taken care of my Outback since January of 2016. I highly recommend them to my friends who are looking to join the Subaru Family!!! During my latest visit I was provided with a loaner vehicle since my service was going to take approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, which was fantastic! More

issues get resolved I have been getting my subarus serviced for the last 9 years at Tucson Subaru. Back when it was on speedway, it was a nice shop. Now it has a facto I have been getting my subarus serviced for the last 9 years at Tucson Subaru. Back when it was on speedway, it was a nice shop. Now it has a factory feel. I went there a few days ago because there was a sound coming from one of my tires. I was charged an exploration fee. Then I was told it was a pebble, then I was charged a fee for a kit to prevent the sound from happening. Meanwhile the service person coldly just told me my options and asked me if I wanted to have it done or not, as if that was an option. If there is a defect with the subaru brakes, then I would expect them to either fix the problem and not charge me for the kit, or not charge me for the exploration. I am not sure I am going to go back. Edit: I received a phone call from the manager right away. They addressed the issue with both the service person and with the extra fees. They do care about their customers. More
