Getting better acquainted with my new Subaru Forester I find the Tucson Subaru dealership to be very friendly, and yet professional. There is a much more important emphasis placed on excellent customer service during and after the sale than I recall receiving when I purchased my 2005 Forester at the previous Tucson dealership. This may just be the difference in the overall attitude of auto dealers now than in 2005. However, I have found it to be a very pleasant experience. Steve Norris contacted me shorty after I purchased my car to arrange a meeting to answer any questions I had about my new car. When we met, he was very patient, and clearly explained many features of my car. Once again, a very friendly and pleasant experience. More

Totally solved our problem. We had a problem with our Alexa Auto on our 2019 Outback that no one could solve. Contacted Amazon and spoke to 5 or 6 techs who could not figure out We had a problem with our Alexa Auto on our 2019 Outback that no one could solve. Contacted Amazon and spoke to 5 or 6 techs who could not figure out the problem. Contacted Tucson Subaru who put us in touch with Steve Norris. Made an appointment with Steve and after spending about an hour of his time got the system working properly. Steve, was extremely patient and professional, not to mention his knowledge of the different systems in the vehicle. This man is truly a great asset to your company. More
