When my father in law was in the market for a new minivan and after a miserable encounter with another dealership I advised he give Tubbs Bros. a try. I called Micheal Gregg and set up an appointment for the two to meet and see what was available. Michael was GREAT. He spent time with my father in law and explained everything clearly. He went the extra step to be certain the vehicle was exactly what my father in law was looking for and was able to get him into a 2016 for significantly less than the other dealer was offering on a 2015. After having dealers in two other states sell their trucks out from under me, I found what I was looking for at Tubbs Brothers. I reached out to the dealership via Email and Kris Burns replied. He confirmed the vehicle was still in stock, worked with me on a price and out of state documentation, taxes and registration, and allowed me to secure the vehicle with a deposit until I could make the 7+ hour drive to Sandusky. In the meantime, Leanne Burns-Crowe reached out to assist with getting our information ahead of time so that when we arrived at the dealership it was literally sign and drive. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, and the truck was parked out front ready to go. Thanks especially to the detail shop, who had every inch of the truck in immaculate condition - it was so clean I almost didn't want to get in to it. Even with a 7+ hour drive I would purchase from Tubbs Brothers again in a heartbeat. More

I ended up driving there late in the day and he stayed after closing time with the truck, and had all the paper work ready when I got there.
