Incredible deal and super fast service I found the vehicle I wanted to buy online (2014 Ford Escape) and learned that it was at Tubbs Brothers, which is about 2 hours from my house. After doing a bit more research to confirm that the deal was about $2,500 UNDER MARKET VALUE (shocking, seriously), I was like okay it's worth it to make the trip. I worked with Randy Hill over the phone and over email to get everything set up with financing and my trade-in so we could make the experience in the store as quick as possible. They gave me a crazy fair price for my trade-in, and I was out the door in my new Escape in less than an hour. It was just the best experience. Based on the conversation with Randy, I decided to drive over two hours to this dealership. Randy greeted me when I entered the sales office. He provided excellent customer service; very accommodating, no pressure and answered all of my questions. Randy gave me plenty of time to inspect the vehicle and pointed out the many features. He also introduced me to the owner and his son who were very interesting to talk to and made me feel like they were glad that I visited the dealership. The car that they had advertised was even nicer than they had described. It was really refreshing to do business with such an ethical and honest dealership. Even though this dealer is two hours away from my home, I will visit Tubbs Bros and Randy Hill again for my next vehicle purchase. More
