All the managers and salesman here are liars! Was lied on my purchase about a discount that was applied. They told me it was included along in my equity from a trade in. When I found out about mil Was lied on my purchase about a discount that was applied. They told me it was included along in my equity from a trade in. When I found out about military not having to worry about gap insurance I called to cancel it and the people in the inventory department with “20 years of experience” said she has never heard of that and also I’m not in the military. So I verify my status through her and my employment I guess since the dealership failed to do so I ask her if I received military discount and I did not. I am still going through every channel I can to make sure I get what was promised to me and to also make sure this does not happen to anyone else whether in the military or not. I spoken to the managers and it’s funny and sad at the same time but their receptionist has given me more information than the managers and salesman. I’m pretty sure they don’t want to speak to me now anyways since they started acting like I was looking for a hand out. I knew not to buy in Palmdale/Lancaster but man this has definitely confirmed my opinion about any dealership in my area. More
SLEAZY is the word that best describes my experience I had been shopping for a Honda CRV for several weeks, and the dealers were all playing games...if you want to know a price for a car it's like pullin I had been shopping for a Honda CRV for several weeks, and the dealers were all playing games...if you want to know a price for a car it's like pulling teeth to get an honest answer...One dealer quotes a price and you take that price to Robertson and they say they can beat the price...well they could never beat the price, but finally I get an email quoting me the price that matches the other dealer...and then again with the games, suddenly another 695 for locking lug nuts...Well, I dont live in the ghetto and dont visit the ghetto, and I have insurance...so I dont need locking lug nuts and certainly not for $695....I went in the showroom and told a guy who was acting like a manager, that I would buy the car right now if they would take off the locking lug nuts...He say fine we will take them off...so I preceded to let the salesman write up the car which included running my credit scores. Now I came in with instant access to my credit scores so I knew I had good credit...after about an hour of waiting, the even sleazier finance guy comes over and tells me my credit score was 675...BS..I pulled up my credit scores online and showed him...(beware of this scam used by dealers...they get scores from some 3rd class reporting agency who does not have the current info that the 3 major agencies have) Then I looked at the paper and now the price is $2000 more...What The____...all of a sudden they are saying the price I was quoted was not the right price...I had it in writing!!! LIARS...If you are a senior ..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...they seems to think just because you are 70 you can be taken advantage of! They think that because they run your credit that you will be forced to buy from them...WRONG!!! Your credit get points taken away but that's OK, because my score is going up 10-20 points every month. I got up and walked out...These guys are living up to the stereotypes of the sleazy salesman image. If you have to buy a car here take an attorney with you....look closely at what they SLIP in...Not Honest...Would never recommend this place to anyone...when I do buy my Honda I will never bring it here for service because I can just imagine the service experience would be just as back as my sales experience was. Avoid this place like the plaque!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! More

IF I COULD GIVE THEN ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I came here to ROBERTSONS HONDA! Worst experience ever! Everything started okay at first! But once the figured I knew my numbers, attitudes changed! T I came here to ROBERTSONS HONDA! Worst experience ever! Everything started okay at first! But once the figured I knew my numbers, attitudes changed! Tristan was my salesperson, he did a good job at first, once we got to the negotiation part and he knew then I knew my stuff and that they weren't gonna screw me over, his attitude changed! As well as the sales manager in that day in the morning. They were offering me a deal that was gonna en up with me paying 43,000 for a 2016 accord! I couldn't believe my eyes. But they were dead serious! I WOULD ADVISE THAT IF YOU DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CAR BUYING, THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO COME AND GET SCREWED OVER!! BIG TIME! I told them there was no way I would pay that much for an accord, he proceeded to tell me what was I expecting with a credit like mine! I told him idk, he said how much interest was I thinking of getting! Again I said idk but I did knew not 13% 10% 9, 8,7 or even 6%. He smerked and said ha ok well I'm sorry but there's nothing else we can do for you! 599.00 was what they wanted me to pay for 72 months!! So I left!! This happend wed 27/2016 I bought a car from, LANCASTER HONDA, THURSDAY 28/ 2016 same ACCORD 2016 sport! For 435.00 for only 60 months. HUGE DIFFERENCE FO THE SAME CAR!! NIKKI WAS THE ONE WHO HELPED ME IN LANCATER HONDA, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! LAST WORDS- WANT TO GET SCREWED GO TO ROBERTSONS HONDA, WANT A GOOD DEAL GO TO LANCASTER HONDA OR GALPIN HONDA. More
Frightening Experience We were working with Therese Garrison who is the internet manager. We received a price from cars direct.com and asked her if she would match. She just We were working with Therese Garrison who is the internet manager. We received a price from cars direct.com and asked her if she would match. She just kept saying it was up to her sales manager. Finally went in and asked her again in person and she still hadn't asked him over 2 days. How long could it possibly take? It's actually gets worse, she has a guy named Manny take us on a test drive. I guess she was too busy sitting in her office to take us. He doesn't seem happy but he takes us. My husband asks about the gas light being he states " it's fine" okay we keep going. He kept correcting my husband about the car. Okay so we finish the test drive and proceed into the dealership he lets the door close on me. We were shocked. He then disappears into some office. So my husband follows him and asks " why he shut the door on my wife" Manny then proceeds to get very angry. We are old enough to be his parents. He acted in poor taste and was hostile. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. A Very bizarre and frightening experience. I would recommend getting a price online from Cars Direct, True Car or Costco. It will save you thousands. Maybe this was why they were rude and hostile. I would not go this dealership alone. Try Lancaster Honda or Galpin they both said they would honor the quote and no drama. Good Luck you will need it here. More
