Nicholas was great in the beginning, all paperwork was done and approved a week out. The day before leaving to pick up the truck said we had fill out some other bank paperwork, the email wasn’t going thro done and approved a week out. The day before leaving to pick up the truck said we had fill out some other bank paperwork, the email wasn’t going through for co-signer . Once the email finally was received, I got a text , not even a phone call saying the bank backed out after putting a deposit down, tried to reach out and ask questions no response or any further help on other options to do . Very disappointed in way things where handled. More

Trust Auto made selling my car a breeze, once we agreed upon a price we did a FaceTime video to show the car, after that purchase agreement was signed via docusign once all required documents were submitte upon a price we did a FaceTime video to show the car, after that purchase agreement was signed via docusign once all required documents were submitted, (registration, payoff, mileage, personal bank wire info), loan was paid off via wire and wire directly to my bank account before they picked up my Rav4 Prime XSE, once car loan was paid off and I received my funds for my equity I contacted them and they picked up my car next day, this process went so smooth and the offer on my vehicle was top dollar I decided to sell another Rav4 Prime XSE that came available to me a few weeks later, same easy process, Thanks To Mike at Trust Auto, I definitely recommend them if your in the market to buy or sell More

Aziza was amazing in helping me with my title transfer for my vehicle purchase at Trust Auto. I contacted her directly regarding some additional paperwork I needed and she quickly got everything together for my vehicle purchase at Trust Auto. I highly recommend her! The BMW Z4 I purchased from Trust Auto was exactly as described in the ad. We flew in from Cincinnati to Baltimore and drove the car home with no mechanical issues. The Z4 is a blast to drive and we are thoroughly enjoying driving it. The car is awesome and all in all I would recommend Trust Auto. I would also like to thank David Neuberth, General Manager in following up with me in regard to some minor issues. Thanks for the awesome vehicle! More

DO NOT BUY FROM OUT OF STATE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They sold us a car that could not be registered.We were buying a car from out of state. We spoke and text with the sales person. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They sold us a car that could not be registered.We were buying a car from out of state. We spoke and text with the sales person. He had the general manager facetime us to show us the car. During that call we asked him about the warranty. He told us it had 30 days and he added that Maryland has a strict law that if anything is wrong with the drivetrain, they would have to take the car back. Within 30 minutes of the car being delivered to our house, the check engine light came on. I let the salesperson know right away, they had a service person contact me. They asked me to send a photo with the mileage which I did. After trying multiple things to get it to go off, I took it to mymechanic who ended up replacing the thermostat. Since I could not register the car, since it would not pass inspection, I had it fixed. After many back and forths with Trust Auto they made an offer for less than 1/3 of what it cost me to repair the car so it would pass inspection and could be registered. They did not honor the warranty the car had. More
