We drove from another state to purchase a vehicle. We called this salesman and had a two o’clock appointment. They sold the vehicle 5 minutes before we arrived. Everyone in the dealership was extremel We called this salesman and had a two o’clock appointment. They sold the vehicle 5 minutes before we arrived. Everyone in the dealership was extremely rude. This salesman said he could show us another type of vehicle with a smell on his face. The receptionist was laughing. This place is a scam and should be investigated by the State Police and the attorney general’s office!! I am in the vehicle industry and could not imagine treating any of my customers like this. This salesman should not have his license nor should this dealership. Reading the past reviews it looks like I am not the only one that has had a horrible experience. More

Our company just purchased a used cargo van from Trust Auto and had an excellent experience. We worked primarily with Kate in Administration and Alex in Sales. Both are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure and they were both great to deal with. Trust Auto was able to offer us financing, though we ended up using a commercial leasing company with whom we have a long-standing relationship. There were some delays in getting the paperwork done and the deal funded (all on our side) and the team at Trust Auto was patient and helpful in getting everything sorted out. This was our first experience with Trust Auto but I doubt it will be our last. We will be back and highly recommend them. More
