I listed my Jaguar online and Mark Russo contacted me the same day. After a little back and forth we agreed on a price. I was a little confused as to who I was dealing with. When I checked online Mark Russo was not listed as an employee of Trust. I was directed to send the VIN# to Nick. Nikko contacted me about coming to see the car. I also spoke to Sandra who handled the document signing. It all went very smoothly once I figured out who everyone was. Nikko came down on schedule, gave me the agreed upon price, went with my son on a test drive and to my bank to get a cashier' check. Sandra sent the documents via DocuSign and I deposited the check. The name in the check was The Rosenthal Group, so many names. But I sold the car, they didn't try to change the agreed price, Sandra very kindly explained how they all worked together and I have my money. More
