Exceptional service and a great deal as well. Myron and Nick were stellar. The specs listed on cars.com matched the actual specs on the vehicle. That's important. If I could give her 10stars I would. If I could write more I would but I will conclude it here and saying Thanks Aziza they need more people like you in todays job market. More

***AVOID THIS PLACE!! TRASH VEHICLES***. Any good review you see is due to them soliciting for it IN dealership while they prepare your car. I didn't go back far enough in the reviews to avoid this place. you see is due to them soliciting for it IN dealership while they prepare your car. I didn't go back far enough in the reviews to avoid this place. 2018 RAM Dually purchased August 21st. Had to replace the alternator 2 wks later. There's been an ongoing problem with this truck but I dare not ask them for assistance. I drove 2 hrs to get this truck. And their lead mechanic and again Myron was ZERO help in resolving this issue (see pics). I paid for an extended warranty that I have all rights to cancel within 30 days and did just that...but not that simple. They started to ignore emails and avoided phone calls. I worked with David originally through phone, text and email. Then worked with Jason and Myron in the dealership. However, when it came to getting my refund, I am now in communication with Nick who had nothing to do with the deal but I guess is the "big brother" that is going to handle it. After several calls and emails, it was finally canceled 2 weeks later without any communication and then THEY REFUSED to refund me my money with proof of payment via debit card receipt. I'm also still waiting for my registration. Let's see if they actually get that done. They are SHADDY. You will get the customer service you expect before you sign the papers and they get their money. Anything after that, TRASH! I'm attaching proof that can't be refuted. SHADDY SHADDY! THIS PLACE WILL MAKE YOU ALWAYS BUY NEW. More
Working with Jason Moczulski was awesome! I’m out of state and he made sure everything was smooth sailing from the very detailed virtual test drive, sending all details and specs on the car, and attenti state and he made sure everything was smooth sailing from the very detailed virtual test drive, sending all details and specs on the car, and attention to detail. He made me feel totally comfortable since I was purchasing site unseen (BMW X5 diesel). He contacted me every step of the way and sent photos when the auto shipping company came to pick up my car to deliver to me in GA with all paperwork. Trust Auto is awesome and I’d recommend working with Jason every time! Renée More

The water pu AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This used car lot, Trust Auto, sold me a car that broke down and over heated 3 days after I drove it off their lot. The water pump failed causing the car to overheat and the coolant expansion tank to crack. Warning code notes indicate that they should have been aware of the problem before they sold it to me. They refused to allow the mechanic that the car was at to fix it and insisted that their own, non-certified mechanic perform the repairs. They knowingly performed a shotty repair on the car after they got it back, too. Only the water pump and not the cracked coolant expansion tank, hoses, or thermostat was repaired. They claimed that those parts were fine and that I was trying to get them to perform unnecessary repairs on their dime (even though I wasn’t). A mere 2 weeks later all the coolant was spilling out of the car and had to be towed to the nearest BMW mechanic to replace the cracked expansion tank. Now they are refusing to pay me back for these additional repairs and the owner has not returned my call in a week. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They are not an accredited business with the BBB. I had no recourse under Maryland's Lemon Law since it was a used car but I have hired an attorney to represent me in hopes of recovering the money for the repairs that have already been done and anything else that should arise from their mechanic's poor repair. In short, these guys are the reason why people should avoid used car lots. I should have known better and stayed away! More

Trust Auto dealt wasted my time and money. I took a day off of work to purchase a vehicle from them from out of state and they dragged their feet on completing the paperwork despite us preparing it promptl off of work to purchase a vehicle from them from out of state and they dragged their feet on completing the paperwork despite us preparing it promptly and calling to keep things moving. Because they were too slow the first day, I had to take a second day off work to complete the purchase and then after the loan had been approved (and the inquiry affected my credit score), shipping arranged, and we were ready to make the payment they said oops, looks like someone is in the showroom looking at that car now with another salesman. Then they left and they sold it to someone else! When you take up a day and a half of someone's time to purchase a vehicle, and cost them two days of their income, at least have the decency to stop trying to sell it to other people while they complete the transaction. This sort of thing can only happen if a business places little to no value on its customers and its integrity. The halfhearted apology from the salesperson only demonstrated this more clearly when he tried to eschew taking responsibility for the car being sold to someone who had just arrived at the dealership, when I had already been filling out paperwork and working dilligently to purchase the car since the previous day.
